For your account only, there will not be any need to manually update your email signature any more. This will now be administered automatically by our email system. Therefore, you will need to remove any signature you currently have in any of your email applications (Outlook desktop, Outlook mobile app, Outlook web portal as well as any other third-party email application for your staff email. Not doing so will result in the recipient receiving emails with two signatures (your old signature as well as the new managed signature).

Delete an Email Signature from Outlook

The new managed signature will use the full signature format whilst internal recipients will receive a compact version with just the essential details.
